Company Solutions are dedicated to protecting and realising the true asset value of a business. We specialise in the acquisition and sale of small enterprises across a number of sectors.
We help businesses start up or grow by sourcing finance and providing financial advice. We also use our experience to facilitate the acquisition of product licenses, franchises or distribution rights for enterprises across Ireland.
Working closely with Diverco on larger projects we use the expertise and knowledge accumulated over many years and in a number of countries to assist with clients back home.
Michael Kealy – My Story
Michael trained as an accountant in CRH plc and in John Woods & Co Chartered Accountants (now Grant Thornton). He gained extensive financial services experience in a subsidiary of Irish Life plc where he set up their Corporate Lending division. He led lending teams responsible for all aspects of personal and corporate lending there and in First Active plc., subsequently acquired by The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and merged fully with Ulster Bank.
He also lectures in all aspects of finance on a part time basis in business colleges, particularly Dublin Business School and the Entrepreneurs Academy. His current financial modules are with post graduate and executive MBA students as well as business owners.
